There’s a group over on Flickr called Mini Quilt Monday, which, you can probably guess, is for mini quilts made (or atleast posted/uploaded) on a Monday. I had a bash at making one today but unfortunately I didn’t have time to finish it. I will, though, because I rather like it! It is made entirely from scraps from other projects. Amazing what you can get out of scraps, eh? No idea what I’ll be using this mini quilt for, but that really doesn’t matter that much. I get to play with colour and use up some of all those scraps I’ve got in a carrier bag.
Some of the scraps came from cutting fabric for this quilt. It is for Tony’s cousin’s new baby daughter. And it’s another excuse to play with colour.
