Here’s the thing I was showing a sneak peek of the other day: jewellery hand stitched by me. For some reason I feel a bit.. nervous? shy? about showing them to you. Isn’t that weird? Anyway. Over the last few months, when I needed a break from other work, I’ve been working on a small collection of stitched pieces to wear. And I really do mean small, because there are only six pieces.
They feel quite different from what I usually make.. it’s nice to do something different from time to time. But at the same time.. they feel so ‘me’ – if that makes sense? I guess it would be weird if they didn’t, since I made them! ;-) So I called the collection ‘Stitched by Carina‘. New things will pop up there when I have time to work on them.
