As a vegetarian (mostly vegan, actually) I’m always on the look out for things that I can eat. Although most of what I eat is food I make from scratch, it’s nice to have things like veggie burgers in the freezer for lazy dinners and a pack of biscuits in the cupboard for when fancy strikes. It can be a bit of a mine field though, with ready made foods, especially if you want to be vegan.
So you can imagine my delight when I came across the blog veggies.co.uk where Maggie Cotton (love that name!) writes about foods she tries, which are vegetarian and vegan. It is brilliant it’s nice to know what products to look out for. And which ones to avoid, in some cases. ;-) Check it out if you’re a vegetarian or vegan too. Or even if you need to avoid dairy products for example.
