Abbreviations of counties in England. Comes in handy if you need to send post to the UK. Or if you’re a foreigner and someone abbreviates the county in their address. It’s *not* obvious that ‘Hants’ is short for Hampshire, now is it?! ;-)
This potato and pea curry by Rick Stein on the BBC website is just delicious. I made it the other day and had it with rice. Yum. Although I had to improvise a bit since I didn’t have all the ingredients. I never even knew there was such a thing as dried mango powder..!
