How do you store your embroidery floss? Keep it as a skein or wind it around paper/plastic bobbins? A third option?
I do both, actually. But neither is ideal. The skeins sometimes become all tangly, or I lose the label with the number. Although I like the idea of the bobbins, I really don’t like how the floss that is wound the closest to the bobbin gets all kinky. ;-)
And sure, yes, it’s still perfectly usable, I’d just prefer my floss without the kinks…
