Pretty purchases from Knitting & Stitching Show

Bought at the Knitting & Stitching Show

This is what I bought at the Knitting & Stitching show – I told you I was restrained. ;-)

A few pieces of Liberty from Alice Caroline that I already have a half baked plan for.

And half a metre of Liberty Lifestyle Dorothy in blue from Fabrics Galore. No plan for this. Other than I love that Dorothy fabric. I have a tiny stash of it in red and turquoise, so I’m glad to have some blue as well. Maybe I should do a wee project with all three together…

And this fat quarter of indigo fabric from Changs. The white print is made with a soy paste used with a stencil. They had lots of different types of indigo textiles and I had a really hard time deciding which one to get. But in the end I picked this one because it looks a bit like embroidery stitches.

It’s funny, now I’d had these fabrics sitting on my desk waiting to be photographed, I keep thinking how pretty they look together. Maybe I need to make some kind of indigo and Liberty project. Some day. ;-)
