I made this appliquéd heart as a relaxing no-plan project to stitch while watching TV at night and I think it turned out really cute.
It’s pretty quick to make as well, so I made a free pattern for you to download. In case you need to make an extra little thing for someone, or for yourself. Or if you don’t have time to do any stitching, you can always use it for Valentine’s and stitch the name of your sweetheart. :-)
It has the heart template in three sizes as well as the word but you can easily write your own word too. You can find it right here.
I’ve also included details of the stitches and colours I used but you can use different ones of course.
