Happy Friday! Here’s a bit of excitement: Romantic Motifs was shortlisted for the Homemaker Art & Craft Book Awards 2016! WHAT?!
Dudes, I was so excited to see it this morning on Instagram, or maybe I saw it first on Twitter? Anyway, excited! Because I had my hand in the design of the cover for Romantic Motifs, so I’m giving myself a high five over here. :-D
There’s a handful of judges who will select the winner(s) in different categories, but us mere mortals can also vote for best cover and best colouring-in book. So you can’t vote for my book as such. HOWEVER, there’s a an open question asking what your favourite craft book is and I reckon there’s nothing stopping you from telling them that it’s Romantic Motifs. You know, should you want to. ;-)
What a great way to end the week! Well, it’s not over yet, time to clean the house – it’s not all fancy book shortlists over here! ;-)
The Homemaker book awards voting thing is open until November 8th and there are prizes to be won.
