Frost And Sunset

Yesterday was the first frost of the autumn and on my morning walk with Blake I spotted this frost covered dandelion clock. The way the rising sun was hitting it, it stood out against all the greenery. And all around it droplets of melting frost was glittering in the grass.

The other day I walked Blake in the nearby fields just around sunset. The clouds were quite spectacular. My mobile wasn’t even close to capturing the colours properly…

On that evening walk I was a bit worried that my trainers might get soaked by the dew on the grass but I needn’t have worried. The grass was also covered in cobwebs which stuck to my trainers and created a barrier against the dew. Nature is pretty cool! :-)
