When I started doing embroidery I just could not get my head around why you’d need more than one, maybe two, embroidery hoops. It turns out.. you need a lot! Different sizes for different size projects obviously. But somehow multiples of several of the sizes have crept into my stash. Because, you know.. sometimes I’ve got more than one similar size projects on the go at the same time. And I’m totally too lazy to swap the hoop between projects!
Although, it’s actually best to not leave a project in the hoop for an extended period of time.. but hey-ho. Please judge me on my bad ‘broidery habits! ;-)
I’m wondering if I’m the only one with an expanding stash of hoops?
Ohhhhhh noooooo…I have many and some go way back!! And boy are the older ones beautiful….long screws to easily tighten….and I have one ..my favorite that has a felt insert on the smaller hoop so things don't slide….it is a work of art!!!
