Did you see that DMC have released 35 new embroidery thread colours? Did you see that?!! Sorry, a bit excited… ;-)
You can get a tin with all the colours together, but since about half of them are brown or grey, I decided not to get the fancy tin (although I was tempted). Because I very rarely use brown or grey.
What I am really excited about is that there is a near perfect light green. Yes! I have made do with 907 or 3819, but I was always missing that exactly, just right, perfect green. And now I think I have found it among the new colours. Number 16 in the new colours.
These are the colours I ordered. Aren’t they pretty? I wish they had released come more pinks, but atleast there is a perfect green. ;-)

you are definitely not the only one excited!!! i ordered the tin…hehehe. i love all of the new colors. i was personally was happy to see more greys. i wish there were more blues. when my tin came in, i had them on the couch with me while i watched tv that night and petted them, and paired them up and was just so happy. now i need to use them!
I am super excited about the new colors too! I love the medium brown!!
I totally bought the tin. (I'm kind of a sucker for tins and such.)
I regret nothing. Even the browns and grays are pretty mineral-looking colors and I figure that petting them counts as using them. (Right? Right?! Ahem.) :)
