I am not a big fan of Valentine’s Day… it just feels a bit too forced and commercial..? Maybe it’s because I didn’t grow up with it.

But I am a fan of love! Love in all its colours, shapes and sizes. Love is worth celebrating. People’s right to love who they want is worth celebrating. Every day of the year!

I made a new pattern called With Love. I designed it with the colours of the Progress Pride Flag in mind because I believe that people should have the right to be who they are and love who they love. I think it is very disturbing how some people want to prevent others from being their true selves. So the pattern is a celebration and a protest.

Whether you want to stitch the pattern in those colours is up to you of course. Maybe you want to be inspired by the Spring Hearts pattern that inspired the With Love pattern.

Anyway, 40% of the sales of the With Love pattern will be donated to the Mermaids charity that helps gender-diverse children and young people. Additionally, you can pay extra for the pattern and 100% of what you pay extra will also be donated to Mermaids.
