A little while ago my mum sent me these. Embroidered decorations from pillow cases. My mum made atleast one of them – I can’t remember right now who made the rest. Aren’t they pretty?
Not sure what I’m going to use them for yet, but I’m sure I’ll find the perfect project one day.
Along with the embroideries were also a bag of buttons from my mum’s friend, she thought I could use them. In among the regular buttons were these embroidered ones, aren’t they awesome? The most awesome buttons I have ever seen! And a wee matching brooch. I imagine these must have come from a cardigan or something.
Some of these will definitely become part of future stitch improv pieces. :-)
