Snowy owl embroidery from my own drawing. It will be a pattern eventually. I love stitching this kind of sketchy, slightly messy, thing. For my patterns I usually clean things up a lot and as a result they don’t feel hand drawn in the same way. I feel like I want to have more patterns with a ‘sketchy character’ – I hope you will like those too. :-)
And here’s something else that’s new: after all these years of stitching I got an embroidery hoop on a stand! My enabler friend Christine said that it’s a game changer and of course I couldn’t just take her word for it. (But I think she may be right.)
