Have I mentioned how much I love back stitch? Yes, it’s a very basic stitch and maybe some would think it a bit boring. It’s not as fancy as French knots or herringbone or maidenhair or what have you. But I love the simplicity of the stitch. And the rhythm of it. Going backwards to go forwards. Up and down, up and down. Very calming. :-)
I’m using mainly back stitch in the four November stitchalong patterns. Because I can, and because I love it. And also a little bit because it works up quickly. ;-)
